    Over 30 years of kickboxing and Muay Thai experience including training and competition. BJJ purple belt competitor. Previously a high school wrestling coach.

    Amateur MMA fighter. Amateur kickboxer. Senior level beach wrestler. BJJ blue belt competitor. Previously a collegiate and high school level wrestler. Also, a high school wrestling coach.
